Shipping Scope

We ship exclusively to valid physical street addresses within the United States. Deliveries to locations outside the United States are not supported.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders of $80.00 and above: Free standard delivery.

  • Orders under $80.00: A flat delivery fee of $18.99 will be applied at checkout.

Taxes and Fees

All applicable taxes, duties, and related fees are included in the product price; you will not need to pay any additional fees at delivery.

Order Cutoff, Processing, and Transit Time

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting on the next business day.

  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and official holidays).

  • Estimated Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days following dispatch (Monday to Friday). 

Advisory Window for Issue Notification

To assist us in investigating and resolving any delivery-related issues quickly, we suggest contacting us within two to three business days after receiving your shipment if any concern arises. Please note that this is merely an advisory timeframe designed to help us assist you as swiftly as possible; exceeding this recommended timeframe does not affect or limit your statutory rights in any way.

Logistics Carriers

To ensure your furniture arrives securely, we partner with reliable national freight and parcel carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and specialized freight providers.

Order Tracking

Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping notification email containing your order number, payment receipt, designated carrier details, and tracking number. You may check your order status at any time by navigating to the "Track Order" page on our online store and entering your email address or phone number along with your order number.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If an item is verified as lost in transit or arrives with visible defects, we will take full responsibility by arranging a replacement or processing a refund in accordance with your resolution preference.

  • Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: You may request address updates or order cancellations prior to dispatch. Once an order enters processing or has been transferred to the carrier, modifications or immediate cancellations may no longer be feasible.

  • Shipping Address and Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address during checkout. We cannot be held liable for delivery failures, delays, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information entered at checkout.

Delivery and Acceptance Precautions

Because indoor furniture items can be large and heavy, please observe the following steps upon arrival:

  • Examine the external packaging for crushing, tears, punctures, or signs of tampering prior to signing.

  • If major structural damage is visible on the package, make a note on the delivery receipt before signing, or take clear photos and retain all original cartons and protective wrapping.

  • Ensure clear access paths, doorways, and hallways are available to facilitate safe delivery and placement.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

Due to parcel size and weight constraints associated with indoor furniture shipments, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or commercial street address.

Unforeseen Logistics Delays

While we make every effort to meet stated delivery estimates, transit times may occasionally be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural events, transport network interruptions, or seasonal freight volume surges.
