Conditions for Order Cancellation

  • Within 48 Hours & Unshipped: Orders that have been placed within 48 hours and have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled directly.

  • Over 48 Hours or Shipped: Orders that have exceeded 48 hours from the time of placement, or items that have already been shipped, cannot be cancelled midway. In such cases, please wait for the shipment to arrive and then contact us to arrange a return and refund. For further details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Process

  • Contact our customer support team via email at team@harodrel.com or by phone at +1 (214) 837-4921 to request an order cancellation. Please provide your order number and proof of payment.
  • Our customer support team will handle your request promptly. Once confirmed, we will notify you of the outcome via email and initiate your refund.

Refund Details

  • Once your cancellation is confirmed, your refund will be returned directly to the original card (such as Visa, MasterCard, etc.) used during checkout.

  • Processing Time: Depending on your financial institution's processing schedule, we estimate that the funds will arrive in your account within 1 to 5 business days. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact us for immediate assistance.

Cancellation Fees

We do not charge any processing fees, administrative fees, or cancellation fees for orders successfully cancelled within the eligible timeframe.

Shipping Address Modifications

If you need to modify your delivery details rather than cancel your order, please notify us within 48 hours of placing the order and prior to dispatch. Once the package has left our fulfillment facility, the delivery address cannot be modified.

Out-of-Stock Cancellations

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you immediately via email. In such situations, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment card right away without any deductions.
